My online consultation with Dr. Camila Azzini is done via video call (WhatsApp, Zoom or Google Meet). I usually opt for whatsapp because it is more convenient.

The duration can vary depending on the case, but generally lasts 30 to 40 minutes, plus 10 to 15 minutes for recipe preparation and directions.

The prescriptions are made by the platform authorized by CFM, with digital certification.

Before the online dermatological consultation, Dr. Camila Azzini contacts the patient to check what is going on with you, what you have had done or are doing to treat, and to request photos of the skin or hair.

If you need any type of exam, the request and the exam must be sent digitally.

After the consultation, the patient will have up to 30 days to forward the test results. In possession of the data, dermatologist Camila Azzini will contact the patient so that all the recommendations can be passed on.

Payment must be made at the time of scheduling the appointment, via PIX or Paypal (international).

The consultation reservation will not be made effective until proof of payment.

No new consultation or review consultation is included. All recommendations and treatments are explained and oriented without the need for an appointment.

If you are a patient living outside Brazil, you will be subject to the rules and legislation of your country of residence.

For example: Dr. Camila Azzini can advise on some medications or dermatological treatments, however, some of these prescribed medications may not be freely sold in your country, as well as requested exams.

Dr. Camila Azzini works exclusively with recipes in digital format, so no paper recipes will be sent.
